Featuring an integrated mute switch for the trainer, the ATC 02 provides open microphone and speaker functionality on both sides while giving supervisors the ability to mute their audio at any time. This allows trainers to provide guidance without interrupting the trainee's conversation with the customer. The cable connects via dual EasyDisconnect ports to a single EasyDisconnect output, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of EPOS corded headsets including the SC 230, SC 260, SC 630, SC 660, and legacy SH and CC series models.
