Product Overview

The EPOS ATC 1 (1000760) is a training bottom cable designed for contact center and call center training applications. This Y-cable features 2 x EasyDisconnect (ED) connectors that split to a single EasyDisconnect, allowing two headsets to connect to one phone system simultaneously.

The cable provides differentiated functionality for training scenarios: one EasyDisconnect port enables full talk and listen capability for the trainee, while the second EasyDisconnect port provides listen-only access for the trainer or supervisor. This configuration allows supervisors to monitor calls in real-time without the ability to accidentally interrupt the conversation.

Compatible with all EPOS and Sennheiser headsets featuring EasyDisconnect connectors, the ATC 1 requires a separate bottom cable connection to the desk phone. The lightweight 33g design ensures easy handling and storage in busy training environments.
