Designed for call center and hot-desking environments, the CCEL 190-2 features a durable Easy Disconnect connector built to withstand frequent plugging and unplugging. The quick release button allows users to easily detach their headset during shift changes or when moving between workstations, reducing wear on the phone's 2.5mm jack. The 100cm (38-inch) straight cable provides ample length for comfortable movement during calls.

The CCEL 190-2 is compatible with EPOS SC 230, SC 260, SC 630, SC 660, CC Series, and SH Series headsets. This cable has no microphone damping, making it suitable for use with certain Panasonic phones and other devices requiring a 2.5mm 3-pole connection.
