The headset won't wake from sleep mode. What should I do?

If the headset has been in sleep mode for more than 20 hours, it powers down completely. Slide the On/Off switch to Off and then back to On to restart.

I can't hear audio through the headset when using the Bluetooth adapter.

You may need to select the Jabra Link 390 as the playback device in your operating system's audio settings. Ensure the adapter is plugged into a USB port and the headset is powered on.
