The Jabra Link HHC Adapter (14201-16) enables remote Headset Hookswitch Control (HHC) with Jabra wireless headsets and Cisco Unified IP Phones. This plug-and-play solution converts from the HHC standard used in Cisco phones to the DHSG standard used in Jabra headsets, allowing users to answer and end calls, adjust volume, and mute up to 350 feet away from their desk.

The adapter is compatible with Cisco Unified IP Phones 7942G, 7945G, 7962G, 7965G, and 7975G. It requires Cisco Unified Communications Manager 4.1(3) or above and the 8.3(3) phone firmware load for full HHC functionality.
