The Jabra Perform 45 SE (5131-119) is a single-ear Bluetooth headset built for frontline retail and warehouse teams who spend their shifts on the move. It works with the Walkie Talkie app in Microsoft Teams, Zello and Zebra Workcloud Sync, and an easy-access push-to-talk button keeps team communication instant. The discreet behind-the-ear design can be worn on either ear, and the Face2Face mode lets staff lift the boom arm to mute incoming audio when a customer approaches, then lower it to resume the conversation.
Audio is tuned for noisy shop floors. Dual MEMS microphones with 93% microphone noise cancellation (GN internal testing, May 2025) and wind noise reduction keep voices intelligible, while improved speaker performance makes colleagues and AI assistant responses easier to understand. Up to 11 hours of talk time and up to 27 hours of push-to-talk time cover long shifts, and the IP54-rated housing stands up to dust and splashes. The in-ear fit uses silicone EarGels in three sizes that are easy to sanitize between users.
For IT and operations teams, the Perform 45 SE pairs with up to 8 devices and holds 2 simultaneous Bluetooth connections, with Bluetooth 5.3 and Bluetooth Low Energy support plus readiness for LE Audio.
