A listen-only speakerphone enables hands-free listening during calls, while the prominent message waiting indicator flashes to alert users of voicemails. Eight personalized ring patterns allow users to distinguish their phone in shared workspaces.
Compatible with Avaya Communication Manager and Avaya Definity systems, the 2402 connects via standard 2-wire DCP circuit packs including TN2181, TN2224B, or DCP media modules (MM312, MM712, MM717). The phone is hearing aid compatible and supports both desk and wall mounting for flexible deployment in lobbies, common areas, stockrooms, or drop-in desks where basic telephony meets the need.
