The J159 leverages your enterprise IP network to deliver sophisticated voice communications with HD wideband audio, full-duplex speakerphone, and advanced codec support including G.711, G.722, G.726, G.729, and Opus. Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000) enable seamless network integration with PC passthrough capability, while IEEE 802.3af Class 1 PoE support allows single-cable deployment. The phone supports optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity via the J100 Wireless Module for flexible deployment scenarios.
Tightly integrated with Avaya Aura and IP Office platforms, the J159 also supports third-party SIP platforms including RingCentral, BroadSoft, 3CX, Asterisk, and FreeSWITCH. Enhanced security features include TLS/SRTP encryption, and the phone can be configured via web interface or Avaya Device Services. Available in Cobalt Black with a two-position desk stand included; optional wall mount adapter available separately (700513631).
Primary and secondary color displays provide exceptional visibility for managing multiple calls and line appearances. Self-labeling keys eliminate the need for paper labels and update dynamically.
