The Jabra Evolve3 45 UC (34599-989-999) is a lightweight stereo Bluetooth headset built for calls in busy, open offices. At 102g it is designed for all-day wear, with Jabra Air Comfort technology, a flexible headband and oval on-ear cushions covered in leatherette. Active Noise Cancellation reduces office noise before it reaches your ears, while improved Sidetone lets you hear your own voice so you keep your speaking volume in check. A 180° busylight signals to colleagues when you are on a call.
Voice pickup comes from Jabra ClearVoice 3-microphone technology tuned for noisy environments, with a refined mic arm that flips up to mute and down to talk and rotates 270° for left or right-side wear. Jabra states the headset captures over 99% of spoken words accurately in open offices, supporting reliable meeting transcripts and voice prompts for generative AI assistants.
This SKU ships with the Jabra Link 390a USB-A Bluetooth adapter for a stable PC connection, plus native Bluetooth 5.3 with LE Audio, multipoint for two simultaneous devices and 30m/100ft of range. Battery life reaches up to 21 hours of talk time or 36 hours of music, and a 10-minute fast charge adds up to two hours of talk time. The battery and ear cushions are user-replaceable, and the UC variant works with all leading UC platforms, with Zoom and Google Meet certification.

Hybrid Professionals
Bluetooth multipoint plus the Link 390a USB-A adapter lets users move between office PC and mobile without re-pairing
IT and Procurement Teams
Encrypted audio, Jabra Xpress/Jabra Plus remote management and user-replaceable batteries and cushions simplify deployment and extend fleet life
Why Choose This Product
The Evolve3 45 UC keeps hybrid and in-office teams productive without adding weight or fatigue: a 102g on-ear design with soft leatherette cushions supports full days of back-to-back calls, while ANC and Sidetone work together so users stay focused and speak at a natural volume. The 3-mic ClearVoice system and flip-to-mute boom mean fewer "can you repeat that?" moments in open-plan spaces, and the 180° busylight cuts down on interruptions. For IT, the included Link 390a adapter delivers a consistent USB-A connection across desk setups, Bluetooth 5.3 with LE Audio and Auracast support keeps the fleet current, and encrypted audio plus Jabra Direct, Jabra Xpress and the Jabra Plus management platform allow remote firmware updates and configuration.
