The Jabra Evolve3 45 UC Stereo (34599-989-899) is a lightweight on-ear Bluetooth headset built for open-office and hybrid work. At around 102g with Jabra Air Comfort technology, a flexible headband and oval on-ear cushions, it is designed for back-to-back calls without pressure points, while Active Noise Cancellation keeps office noise from reaching your ears and a 180° busylight signals to colleagues when you are on a call.
Three-microphone Jabra ClearVoice technology and a refined mic arm tune voice pickup for noisy, open offices, and improved sidetone works alongside ANC so you can hear your own voice and keep speaking volume in check. The flip-up-to-mute boom arm makes mute status visible at a glance and reverses 360° for left or right-side wear. Jabra states the headset captures over 99% of spoken words accurately for generative AI tools, supporting reliable meeting transcripts and voice prompts.
This SKU ships with the Jabra Link 390c USB-C Bluetooth adapter for a stable PC connection and is the UC variant, certified to work with all leading UC platforms including Zoom and Google Meet. Bluetooth 5.3 with LE Audio, multipoint for two simultaneous connections and 30m/100ft range give freedom to move, and the replaceable battery, replaceable ear cushions and Jabra Plus management platform extend the deployment's useful life.

ANC and 3-mic ClearVoice technology cut open-office distractions on both ends of the call, while the 180° busylight and flip-to-mute boom arm reduce interruptions and mute mishaps. For IT, the UC variant works across every major platform without per-platform hardware, the included Link 390c adapter delivers a consistent USB-C connection, and Jabra Plus, Jabra Direct and Jabra Xpress allow remote, secure firmware and feature updates.
