The Jabra Evolve3 65 Flex MS (36699-999-899) is a foldable on-ear Bluetooth headset built for professionals who work across the office, home and the road. The slim, mic-arm-free design packs into the included carry case, while Jabra ClearVoice uses deep-learning noise reduction and a 6-microphone digital MEMS array to isolate your voice without a boom arm. Adaptive ANC draws on 4 microphones and adjusts to fit, setting and wind, and a 360° busylight signals to colleagues when you are on a call.
This variant is certified for Microsoft Teams and ships with the pre-paired Link 390 Bluetooth adapter in USB-C form, so it connects to a laptop out of the box and to a phone or tablet over Bluetooth 5.3 with multipoint for two simultaneous connections and up to 30m/100ft of range. Wireless charging is supported, though the Wireless Charging Pad is not included with this SKU.
Audio comes from 28mm speakers with Spatial Sound, super-wideband support and the LC3 codec, covering both calls and music. Battery life reaches up to 16.5 hours of talk time or 80 hours of music with ANC off, and a 10-minute fast charge returns up to 4 hours of playback. At 143g with a replaceable battery and replaceable ear cushions, the headset is built for long deployments, and Jabra Plus, Jabra Xpress and Jabra Direct handle firmware and configuration.

Why Choose This Product
The Evolve3 65 Flex MS gives mobile professionals one headset for every setting: it folds into a compact carry case, connects instantly to a laptop through the pre-paired USB-C Link 390 adapter, and switches to a phone over Bluetooth multipoint without re-pairing. Adaptive ANC and ClearVoice noise reduction keep both sides of the call clear in open offices, airports and cafés, while the 360° busylight and sidetone help manage interruptions and speaking volume. Up to 16.5 hours of talk time and 10-minute fast charging remove battery anxiety from back-to-back meeting days. For IT, Microsoft Teams certification means predictable call controls in the platform staff already use, Jabra Xpress and Jabra Plus enable remote firmware and setting management across a fleet, encrypted audio protects sensitive conversations, and the user-replaceable battery and ear cushions extend service life to lower total cost of ownership.
