View RequirementsProduct Overview
The Jabra Evolve3 65 Flex UC (36699-989-999) is a foldable on-ear Bluetooth headset built for people who move between the office, home and the road. The ultra-light 143g design folds flat into the included carry case, and the mic-arm-free construction keeps the look discreet in open-plan offices, cafés and client meetings. Angled oval ear cushions and Jabra Air Comfort technology reduce pressure over long wearing sessions, while a 360° busylight signals to colleagues when you are on a call.
Adaptive ANC uses four of the headset's six digital MEMS microphones to adjust to your fit, surroundings and wind, and Jabra ClearVoice applies deep-learning noise reduction so your voice carries cleanly without a boom arm. Jabra states the headset captures over 95% of spoken words accurately for AI tools, making it suitable for transcription and AI assistant workflows. 28mm speakers, Spatial Sound, super-wideband audio and the LC3 codec cover both calls and music, with up to 16.5 hours of talk time or 80 hours of music time per charge.
This is the UC variant, supplied with a pre-paired Link 390 USB-A Bluetooth adapter for plug-and-play use with all leading UC platforms. Bluetooth 5.3 with LE Audio, multipoint and a 30m range keeps a phone and laptop connected at once, and the user-replaceable battery and ear cushions extend the headset's service life. Jabra Plus, Jabra Direct and Jabra Xpress handle updates and configuration.

Why Choose This Product
The Evolve3 65 Flex UC gives hybrid workers one headset for every setting: it folds into a carry case for travel, weighs just 143g for all-day comfort, and delivers adaptive ANC plus Jabra ClearVoice so calls stay clear in offices, airports and home workspaces alike. The pre-paired Link 390 USB-A adapter removes setup friction, while Bluetooth 5.3 multipoint lets users move between laptop and phone without re-pairing. Up to 16.5 hours of talk time and a 10-minute fast charge that yields four hours of playback keep the headset available across a full day of meetings, and support for wireless charging adds convenience at the desk.
