The Jabra Evolve3 65 MS (36599-999-889) is the stereo, Microsoft-variant configuration of the Evolve3 65, supplied with a pre-paired Link 390 USB-C Bluetooth adapter and a charging stand. Jabra ClearVoice technology uses advanced 3-microphone processing and a refined mic arm to keep your voice clear in busy offices, while 4-mic adaptive ANC adjusts to your surroundings and fit to reduce background noise in real time. A 180° busylight signals to colleagues when you should not be interrupted, and improved sidetone lets you hear your own voice so you do not over-project on calls.
Audio is built around 28mm speakers with support for the LC3 codec and super-wideband, plus Spatial Sound that places voices in front of you for more natural, less tiring conversations. Bluetooth 5.3 with LE Audio, multipoint and two simultaneous connections lets you move between laptop and phone across a 30m/100ft range, and the flip-to-mute, fully rotating mic arm can be worn on either side. Battery life reaches up to 31 hours of talk time or 59 hours of music with ANC and busylight off, and a 10-minute fast charge returns up to 3.5 hours of talk time.
For IT teams, the headset is managed through Jabra Plus, Jabra Direct and Jabra Xpress with remote firmware and feature updates, and encrypted audio protects conversations. A user-exchangeable battery and replaceable ear cushions extend service life, and the headset is made of around 44% recycled or biocircular materials in FSC-certified packaging. Covered by a 2-year warranty.

Who Should Use This Product?
Open-Plan Office Workers
Adaptive ANC, ClearVoice microphones and a 180° busylight keep calls clear and interruptions down in noisy shared spaces.
Microsoft-Standardised Teams
The MS variant adds Microsoft Teams notifications and Microsoft Swift Pair for organisations running Microsoft as their primary collaboration platform.
IT and Procurement Managers
Remote updates via Jabra Plus and Jabra Xpress, encrypted audio, and user-replaceable batteries and cushions reduce support visits and extend deployment life.
Why Choose This Product
This SKU gives stereo users a single, all-day headset: adaptive ANC and a 3-mic ClearVoice system keep calls intelligible in open-plan offices, while the 180° busylight cuts down on interruptions. The 131g on-ear design with Jabra Air Comfort and oval foam cushions is built for back-to-back calls, and up to 31 hours of talk time plus 10-minute fast charging means the headset is ready whenever the next meeting starts. The included charging stand keeps it docked and topped up at the desk, and the pre-paired Link 390c adapter gives a reliable USB-C connection to a laptop without pairing steps, with Bluetooth multipoint for a second device. Because the battery and ear cushions are user-replaceable and firmware arrives remotely through Jabra Plus and Jabra Xpress, IT can extend deployment life and manage fleets without touching each device.
