The Jabra Evolve3 65 UC Stereo (36599-989-899) is a Bluetooth on-ear headset built for voice clarity and focus in busy offices. Jabra ClearVoice 3-microphone technology and a refined mic arm isolate your voice from surrounding noise, while 4-mic adaptive ANC adjusts to your surroundings and fit in real time to keep distractions out. A 360° busylight signals to colleagues when you are on a call, and improved sidetone lets you hear your own voice so you do not over-speak.
Audio is handled by 28mm speakers with support for the LC3 codec, super-wideband voice and Spatial Sound, which places voices in front of you for more natural, less tiring conversations. The stereo headset weighs 131g, with oval on-ear cushions and Jabra Air Comfort technology for long days of back-to-back calls, and a fully rotating mic arm that flips up to mute and can be worn on either side.
This SKU ships with the pre-paired Link 390c Bluetooth adapter for a reliable USB-C connection, plus Bluetooth 5.3 with LE Audio, multipoint for two simultaneous devices and 30m/100ft range. As the UC variant it works with all leading UC platforms and is Zoom and Google Meet certified. Up to 31 hours of talk time, a 10-minute fast charge for 3.5 hours of talk, and a user-replaceable battery and ear cushions keep it working for years.

IT and Procurement Teams
Remote management through Jabra Xpress and Jabra Plus, with a replaceable battery and ear cushions to extend deployment life
Why Choose This Product
The Evolve3 65 UC Stereo keeps conversations clear where it is hardest — in a loud, open office. Three-microphone ClearVoice processing means colleagues hear your voice and not the room, and Jabra reports over 99% of spoken words captured accurately in open office environments, so AI-generated meeting summaries and transcripts stay reliable. Adaptive ANC and dual-ear stereo coverage give wearers a quiet space to concentrate between calls, while the 360° busylight cuts down on interruptions. For IT, the pre-paired Link 390c adapter removes pairing support tickets, Bluetooth multipoint lets one headset serve both laptop and phone, and Jabra Plus, Jabra Direct and Jabra Xpress handle firmware updates and configuration at scale. The user-exchangeable battery and replaceable ear cushions extend deployment life rather than forcing whole-unit replacement, the headset is made of around 44% recycled or biocircular materials in FSC-certified packaging, and it is covered by a 2-year warranty.
