If Microsoft Teams is not connected, it can be reconfigured for other providers to hold/resume a call, pause/resume media, or do nothing.

How do I configure the Teams/Custom button for a different softphone?

Open HP Poly Studio, go to Settings > Custom Button, and select Other Providers. Then choose from Hold/Resume call, Pause/Resume media, or Do nothing. Note: Other Providers is not available when Microsoft Teams is connected.

Does the Mission 400 support boom rotation mute?

No. The Mission 400 Series does not support boom rotation mute. This feature is exclusive to the Mission 600 Series.

What do the inline controller LEDs indicate?

The inline controller has two LEDs: a Call status LED and a Teams/Custom button LED. The Call LED shows call state; the Teams LED shows Microsoft Teams connection status.

What do the different Call LED colors mean?

Gently grasp the ear cushion and pull it away from the headset to remove it. Align the new ear cushion with the ear cup and press together until you hear it click into place. Ensure the cushion's small red print is oriented to the bottom of the headset. Left and right ear cushions are interchangeable.

The serial number (SN: XXXXXX, typically 6 digits) is located on the back of the inline controller. HP recommends taking a photo with your smartphone for a better view.
