How do I configure the Teams/Custom button for a different softphone?

Open HP Poly Studio, go to Settings > Custom Button, and select Other Providers. Then choose from Hold/Resume call, Pause/Resume media, or Do nothing. Note: Other Providers is not available when Microsoft Teams is connected.
